Who is responsible

What we collect

The register-interest form collects your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your role, feature request and permission to take part in occasional product research. Please do not submit customer names, addresses, financial information or other sensitive details.

Why we use it

We use your email to manage the interest list and send the early-access and launch updates you request. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. We use optional role and feature-request answers under our legitimate interests in understanding who Graftery may help and deciding what to build; the answers are optional and we limit what we collect. We only contact you for broader feature research with your consent when you tick the separate research box. We use limited technical information for bot and abuse prevention under our legitimate interests in keeping the form secure and available.

Where it is kept

Interest records are stored separately from the Graftery product application using Cloudflare services. We do not sell the list or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We review and delete inactive interest records after 24 months. We may remove them sooner if Graftery does not launch, if the information is no longer needed, or if you withdraw your consent.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your interest record by emailing dancktuk@gmail.com with the subject "Graftery privacy request".

You can make a data-protection complaint to us at that address. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): see the ICO complaint guidance or call 0303 123 1113.

Bot protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical request information for that verification.
